WELLSPRING AWANA
Awana is a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and age-appropriate discipleship solutions. We currently support this program for children age 4 through grade 4. As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background. We use Awana at Wellspring church to help kids find Jesus! Our goal is that through intentional discipleship and scripture memorization kids would grow in their knowledge of God and discover what it truly means to follow Jesus. We look forward to walking alongside them in this journey and encouraging support in the home as well.

Our kid’s registration numbers are directly related to the number of volunteers that sign up. Meaning, the more leaders we have, the more kids (and families) we can serve. We want as many kids as possible to be able to join us. Please consider volunteering and making a difference in the discipleship of kids.
Times and Dates
Awana runs during the school year on Sunday evenings. We will begin on the Sunday after labor Day and conclude the first Sunday in May with our year-end celebration.

Who is Awana for?
Awana is for all kids age 4 (and potty trained) through 4th grade. The program is broken down in the following age groups:
CUBBIES: Age 4 thru kids not yet in kindergarten.
Kids must be 4 by the start date. There is a possibility that we will allow more kids at the midway point in the year but this will be based on capacity.
SPARKS: Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade
T & T: 3rd thru 4th Grade
CUBBIES
Age 4 - PreK*
Cubbies® nurtures the budding faith of preschoolers and celebrates their desire to explore all that God has created. This two-year preschool ministry curriculum features exciting games, storytelling, puppet shows, and biblical teaching as well as take-home activities and tools.
*Please note that Kids must be 4 and potty trained by the start date.
SPARKS
KINDERGARTEN - GRADE 2
Sparks® ignites a child’s curiosity about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.
T&T (Truth and Training)
Grade 3 - Grade 4
T&T® explores the concept of grace by focusing on the character and nature of God, identity of Christ, as well as the structure and format of the Bible.
