Wellspring's Five Rocks

Lately you may have heard us talking about Five Rocks at Wellspring Church. These are five areas that we believe God is bringing to the forefront in this season of ministry at Wellspring Church. Our Mission Statement remains “Glorifying God by Making Disciples of Jesus Christ,” so that is always the end goal for our church. We strive to keep that in mind with everything we do at Wellspring.

Why are they called “Rocks?” Here’s a brief video that explains the concept of the larger pieces being in place, and then supporting them with smaller pieces.

Wellspring Church's Five Rocks of Ministry Emphasis focuses on five key areas:

  1. Prayer – Encouraging deeper engagement with prayer through teaching and dedicated events.

  2. Stewardship – Promoting financial responsibility, including reducing debt.

  3. Rooted – A 10-week discipleship journey fostering spiritual growth.

  4. Care & Counseling – Enhancing congregational care through biblical counseling.

  5. Church Plant – Supporting a new church plant with leadership training and community involvement.

These initiatives aim to nurture spiritual depth and community outreach, as well as uphold our Core Values and glorify God by making disciples for Jesus Christ. Would you like to know more specific details about these Five Rocks? You can find more details on our website here.
